Advanced Organic Chemistry III (有機化学系特論III)
Stereochemistry in Organic Chemistry
Nowadays, stereochemistry is an unignorable issue in organic chemistry. Stereocontrol of reactions is important and inevitable in the organic synthesis of biologically active compounds. In this course, I will teach the perspective of the organic stereochemistry, including the assignment of absolute and relative configurations. Furthermore, some concepts of stereocontrol will be given.
